Explore and personalize without an account or payment. Describe a vessel or tray to generate a 3D draft, or personalize a store design. Follow-up prompts update supported dimensions, surface details, lettering, size and color. Imaginative objects can become image concepts that you refine with another prompt. Image concepts are not 3D files: they need 3D modeling and a design review before we can quote or print them. All drafts need a print review before production.

Know the full price.

Displayed printing prices are estimates. Save your design, verify your email and add a US delivery address for a complete quote. You approve the model and price before paying securely through Stripe. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

A real person checks every order.

Our team reviews the printable file and delivery window before opening payment. After payment, we separately approve production with our print partner. You can follow progress in My projects. Models and renders show the design; actual print texture and color can vary. Hardware is included only when the item description says so.

Need a change or help?

Email orders@ovvilo.com with your project ID. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellation; once production starts, changes may no longer be possible. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send photos so we can review it with you.

Your files and your privacy.

When a prompt needs AI interpretation, we send the prompt and current design settings to OpenRouter and its model provider. When you edit an image concept, its image is also sent to the image provider. Generated concept images are stored privately with your visitor session; save one for review or download it to keep a copy. Delivery addresses and payment details are not included in these design requests.

We use your project, email and delivery details to prepare and fulfill your order. Printable files and shipping details go to our print partner when you request a quote; Stripe processes payment details. Please upload only files you have permission to use.

We measure visits and steps such as trying a design or opening checkout, using a short-lived visit cookie. These usage events do not contain your prompt, name, email, address or file contents. Event records are kept for up to 90 days. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Contact us for help with your stored project or account data.
